Refund and Returns Policy

Physical Items

If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days. We will give you a shipping label when you return. You can exchange the product, return it, or get a refund to your original payment method. The choice is yours, you can return it for store cr.
Just so you know, returned products must be unworn, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Please note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below: 
– Discounted items are a final sale and can’t be returned, for a refund nor exchanged.


To return a purchased item, follow the steps below: 
1. Email us your order number and state which items you want to return. We will give you a free shipping label. 
2. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use and have the original tags on. 
3. Package the products into their original packaging. 
4. Put the products into shipment packaging and stick the provided return shipping label. 
5. Bring your package to the post or order a free pick-up from your location.

We understand that waiting for a refund can be frustrating, but please be patient as we need 7 days to process your return and assess it for eligibility. After it has been accepted, we will send you an email and your refund should be in your account within 7 to 14 days depending on your bank. 

Coaching

Coaching: 

Your purchase of coaching packages or sessions shows that you are committed to finishing the program. We also understand that unexpected events can happen. Along with the general guidelines outlined below, refunds and cancellations will be considered individually at Charley VegyDise’s discretion. We ask the Client to be committed, and we commit to offering grace when needed. 

In general, these guidelines apply for coaching refunds and cancellations: 

  • The Client can cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to [email protected].
  • Once Charley VegyDise has scheduled sessions with the Client, they are considered set appointments. However, if necessary, the Client can request to reschedule a session if they give at least 24 hours advance notice. 
  • Any missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours advance notice will be forfeited. 
  • If unexpected circumstances prevent the Client from completing all their scheduled sessions, then the Client may request a refund for the amount for the remaining sessions. The refund will be issued minus a 5% transaction fee if approved. 

Long Version:

The following terminology applies to this agreement: “Client,” “You,” and “You’re” refer to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Business,” “the Company,” “Charley VegyDise,” “Ourselves,” “We,” “Our,” and “Us” refer to our business, Charley VegyDise. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance, and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client most appropriately, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of the provision of the Company’s stated services/products, by and subject to, prevailing law of United States. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and, they, or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore referring to the same.

The Client may cancel an order within 24 hours of purchasing and request a refund. The refund will be issued minus a 5% transaction fee. To cancel an order, send your request to [email protected]. The Client must clearly state their decision to withdraw, the reason for said cancellation, and their preferred reimbursement method.

Reimbursement for refunds will be provided using the best available method based on the Client’s situation and at the discretion of Charley VegyDise. A 5% transaction fee of the refund amount will apply and be subtracted from all refunds. 

If the Client cancels after beginning sessions and receiving services with Charley Billings, they may only request a refund for the remaining sessions or hours not logged. The Client will not have the right to cancel or request a refund after the services have been entirely performed (after all sessions or services have been completed). 

We reserve the right to modify or terminate services and the Client-Company relationship at any time for reasons such as, but not limited to, dangerous or criminal behavior on the part of the Client, inappropriate or offensive behavior from the Client, or irresponsible or disrespectful behavior from the Client. Charley VegyDise will notify the Client of the reason for termination or modification and notice that it is effective immediately on the day we contact the Client about modification or termination. In such situations, at the discretion of Charley VegyDise, a refund may or may not be issued for any remaining sessions or services that were paid for but have yet to be completed.
