The 75 Day Holy Girl Challenge is a 75-day commitment to building holy habits that nourish your body. Sharpen your mind. and grow your spirit. Inspired by faith and backed by discipline, this challenge is perfect for any woman ready to step into her next level. Your are meant for a life fulled with ultimate possibilities. When we lean in to God, new doors will open, and our life will flourish beyond what we believe it possible. 

I created this challenge because many of my clients feel like they want more in life but don’t know where to start. The simple actions that are listed will help you treat your body like the temple God has made it to be. They will help you fill the spiritual hole in our body because you will be building a relationship with God (A.K.A your bestie, healer, guider, and so much more.) You will learn to love yourself the way our Loving God loves us. 

For 75 days straight, you’ll commit to:

Prayer is the cornerstone of the Holy Girl Challenge, grounding each day in communion with God. Begin and end your day with prayer, whether a heartfelt “Dear God” conversation, a structured prayer, or a gratitude list inspired by 1 Thessalonians 5:17 (“Pray without ceasing”). This habit fosters spiritual intimacy and aligns your intentions with God’s will.

Why It Matters: Prayer anchors your day in faith, reducing anxiety and fostering trust in God’s plan, as seen in Proverbs 31:30 (“A woman who fears the Lord is to be praised”).

Read Your Bible for 10 Minutes

Daily Bible reading strengthens your spiritual foundation, offering wisdom and guidance. The challenge requires just 10 minutes to engage with Scripture, making it accessible for busy women. Feed your spirit first. Read, listen, or meditate on God’s Word every single day.

Drink Half a Gallon of Water

Hydration is a practical act of stewarding your body, God’s temple (1 Corinthians 6:19). Drinking 64 ounces (half a gallon) daily supports physical health and mental clarity, aligning with the challenge’s holistic focus.

Why It Matters: Proper hydration boosts energy for spiritual and physical tasks, reflecting the Proverbs 31 woman’s diligence.

10–20 Minutes of Movement

Movement honors your body as a vessel for God’s work, whether through walking, yoga, or light exercise. This habit promotes physical health and emotional well-being, requiring only 10–20 minutes daily.

Why It Matters: Exercise reflects stewardship and strength, as in Proverbs 31:17 (“She sets about her work vigorously”).

How to Implement: Choose activities like a prayer walk, Christian yoga (e.g., Holy Yoga videos, $10/month subscription), or stretching. Log sessions in your desk planner, using stickers to mark “Movement” days. Pair with worship music to stay inspired.

Eat Whole Foods

ating whole foods—unprocessed fruits, vegetables, grains, and proteins—nourishes your body and honors God’s creation. This habit encourages mindful eating without restrictive diets.

Why It Matters: Healthy eating fuels your energy for serving others, embodying Proverbs 31:15 (“She provides food for her family”). Food is thy medicine

How to Implement: Plan meals with whole foods (e.g., salads, grilled chicken, quinoa) using your desk planner’s meal prep section. Avoid processed snacks, focusing on recipes like those from Faithful Workouts (free online). Track meals with scripture sticky notes ($5–$8), like “Taste and see that the Lord is good” (Psalm 34:8).

Take a Progress Photo

A daily progress photo captures your journey, reflecting physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. It’s a visual reminder of God’s transformative work over 75 days.

Why It Matters: Photos document your commitment, echoing Psalm 139:14 (“I am fearfully and wonderfully made”).

How to Implement: Take a simple photo of your self. Reflect on progress weekly in your Bible journaling notebook. At the end of the 75 days I want you to look at all your photos side by side to see the progress that you have made.
