🌸 What Is the 75 Day Holy Girl Challenge?
The 75 Day Holy Girl Challenge is a 75-day commitment to building holy habits that nourish your body. Sharpen your mind. and grow your spirit. Inspired by faith and backed by discipline, this challenge is perfect for any woman ready to step into her next level. Your are meant for a life fulled with ultimate possibilities. When we lean in to God, new doors will open, and our life will flourish beyond what we believe it possible.
I created this challenge because many of my clients feel like they want more in life but don’t know where to start. The simple actions that are listed will help you treat your body like the temple God has made it to be. They will help you fill the spiritual hole in our body because you will be building a relationship with God (A.K.A your bestie, healer, guider, and so much more.) You will learn to love yourself the way our Loving God loves us.
For 75 days straight, you’ll commit to:
✅ Morning movement (10 mins minimum)
✅ Evening movement (10 mins minimum)
✅ 10 minutes in the Bible daily
✅ Eating veggies first with meals
✅ Reading or listening to a personal development book (10 mins)
✅ Taking a daily progress photo

✨ Your Daily Holy Girl Checklist
- ✅ AM Movement (10 minutes minimum): Start your day with holy energy—stretch, walk, dance, or do light exercise to wake up your body and mind.
“So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.” (1 Corinthians 10:31) - ✅ PM Movement (10 minutes minimum): Unwind and release stress with 10 more minutes of movement. Think of it as your holy reset.
- ✅ 10 Minutes in the Bible: Feed your spirit first. Read, listen, or meditate on God’s Word every single day.
“Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light on my path.” (Psalm 119:105) - ✅ Veggies First: Fuel your temple by eating vegetables first at each meal. It helps you feel full, energized, and focused. God Created Fruits and Vegetables to feed our bodies.
“So God created… every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food.” (Genesis 1:29) - ✅ Read/Listen to 10 Mins of Personal Development: Grow your mind while you grow your faith. Choose books that uplift and teach.
